Conflict Minerals Policy

Introduction:

BIINK is committed to ethical sourcing and to avoiding the use of minerals that contribute to conflict and human rights abuses. As part of this commitment, BIINK has adopted this Conflict Minerals Policy to ensure that the minerals used in our products are sourced responsibly.

Scope:

This Conflict Minerals Policy applies to all BIINK products that contain minerals identified as "conflict minerals" by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). These minerals include tantalum, tin, tungsten, and gold (3TG).

Policy:

BIINK will not knowingly source 3TG minerals from mines controlled by non-state armed groups or from mines that benefit such groups. We will also not knowingly source 3TG minerals from mines where the exploitation and trade of these minerals directly or indirectly finances or benefits armed conflict or contributes to human rights abuses.

Due Diligence:

To ensure compliance with this Conflict Minerals Policy, BIINK will implement a due diligence process to trace the origin of the 3TG minerals used in our products. This process will include the following elements:

Supplier Responsibility: BIINK will require our suppliers to provide information on the source of the 3TG minerals used in their products, as well as to certify that these minerals have not been sourced from mines controlled by non-state armed groups or from mines that benefit such groups.

Third-Party Verification: BIINK will engage independent third parties to verify the accuracy of the information provided by our suppliers and to assess the risk of conflict minerals in our supply chain.

Remediation: If BIINK discovers that 3TG minerals in our supply chain have been sourced from a mine controlled by non-state armed groups or from a mine that benefits such groups, we will work with our suppliers to develop a plan to mitigate the risk and to replace the minerals with responsible sources.

Reporting:

BIINK will report annually on our efforts to implement this Conflict Minerals Policy and on the results of our due diligence process. This report will be made available to the public on our company website.

Conclusion:

BIINK is committed to ethical sourcing and to avoiding the use of minerals that contribute to conflict and human rights abuses. By implementing this Conflict Minerals Policy and conducting due diligence on the source of the minerals used in our products, we aim to ensure that our supply chain is free from conflict minerals.
